Same Day Delivery

Same day delivery is promised for orders that are received before 12:00 PM that day of desired delivery. We do often accommodate same day delivery after 12:00 PM but this is not guaranteed. If you would like to inquire about same day delivery but are ordering after 12:00 PM please call (717) 209-1176.

Theme Policy

Please note that the theme you select will not look exactly like the photo displayed and will contain seasonally available flowers. For example, there might be seasonal flowers in the photo, like dahlias, but if it's not summer they won't be available to us. Each week, we receive multiple shipments of different fresh flowers that our florists hand pick to use in our designs. We believe this gives us the creative freedom to create something special and one of a kind each time you support us. 


Special Requests & Custom Design

If you do have a special request (ex. Her favorite color is purple) you are welcome to include them in the order special instructions section during check out.  We'll do our best to accommodate your request!  If you'd like to place a custom order, please call us at (717) 209-1176 or email us at flowers@perfectpots.com with details of your order.


Delivery Policy

We usually deliver between 10am-6pm and during extended hours of 8am-7pm around holidays. We do not guarantee delivery times, but do our best to fulfill time-sensitive requests, such as delivering during business and school hours. 

Weather and environment permitting, if no one is home at the time of delivery, our delivery drivers will use their judgment to find a safe spot to leave the flowers for the recipient.

Please note that we will not leave flowers outside in below freezing or high heat conditions, even if your delivery instructions request to do so. We will leave a door tag with detailed instructions if we are not able to complete the initial delivery due to temperature conditions.

Reroute/Re-delivery Policy
If the event occurs when someone is not at the address entered, whether it was incorrect or it has to be rerouted to another address, we will charge you an additional $10 as a reroute fee for additional miles and labor involved. You will be notified of this charge at time of address change.


Special Instructions

Please include all special instructions (ex. Leave in the garage, deliver to the side door, contactless delivery) in the order special instructions section during check out, our driver will happily accommodate those requests.

Funeral Arrangements 

Funeral arrangements typically require additional lead time. If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day, please try to let us know several days in advance so we can best accommodate your needs. Sunday deliveries may not always be available. 


Delivery to Hospitals 

We are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient, and the room number or ward of the recipient. We will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order. 


Recipient Not Home 

If No One is Home: Depending on the delivery location if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery. 

Recipient May Be Contacted: In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery. 

Request to Leave Item at Door: The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. When special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard, or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves are given, we cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty products.
